Call for Nominations - 2014 We Are Boston Youth Action Award
Mayor Martin J. Walsh and the Office of New Bostonians seek to honor outstanding youth leaders who have made invaluable contributions in promoting and embracing Boston’s rich diversity and facilitating New Bostonians’ full participation in the life of the City of Boston.
If you would like to nominate someone please take a few minutes to review the criteria below and complete the nomination form.
Application Process Checklist:
- Each nomination must include this nomination form and a supporting letter of no more than three pages, describing the nominee and why s/he exemplifies the spirit of the We Are Boston award category for which s/he is being nominated.
- Additional supporting documents will be accepted.
- Self-nominations are allowed.
- Previous nominees may be nominated again.
- A nominator may submit more than one nomination. However, please use one nomination form per candidate.
- Nominations and any supporting documents must be submitted via e-mail, no later than Monday, October 27th to: agnes.chang@boston.gov with Awards Nomination as subject line.
